 Widget Gallery Update?, How long does it take? |

After a long long week with no update I noticed today just 1 Widget Update at the gallery? How long does it take to approve a widget?
My Widgets:Rheinpegel, Mainpegel, Donaupegel, Notdienst, Elbepegel, OPINIO Info, Reichelt Elektronik Suche, Spiller Design Shop Suche, Donaupegel AT, Rheinpegel CH, Nichtraucher
*Please help me to translate it into another language*
Captain: I thought you were going to upgrade this.
Trip: That is the upgrade.Well, if you want, I can change the color.

What the hell is status code 1027?
I have to wait full 2 weeks till getting feedback from the Widget Gallery Team and then I get an status code instead of an approved Widget - what the hell goes there wrong?

Ricky can't help it if your Widget isn't very intuitive for users and if it doesn't take care of possible problems due to previous settings.

Ricky can not help cause he was fired (I do not want to say my opinion about that) the reason he delay my widget submission (without telling me by email or other media, just this 1027 error code that is not documented anywhere) is because he tested only the zap2it parser (out of 3 parsers) on MAC, I specifically wrote in the version info, in the help file, in the widget page, anywhere that the zap2it wont work for MAC, the XMLTV, and the yahoo parsers works on MAC and windows, more then 200 users manage to make it work, and understand the details, ricky did not, maybe he did not have time, maybe - what ever but the fact is that he did not read the help, nor the version info (submitted with the widget) not did he test other parsers so yes this is an RTFM case , a common RTFM case , nothing else. First off, it is Mac, not MAC. MAC means something completely different. Second of all, that is what I meant. If you know that zap2it doesn't work on Mac, it is your job as Widget developer to disable that feature (on Mac), and make sure that only working parsers (or whatever) are displayed. Customer Care is not responsible for the list of Widget approvals that have been submitted and are unable to see the listings, this is why Fred and Fry cannot comment directly as to what the holdup is on your Widgets.
Prior to the new Gallery launch I was able to look up where each Widget stood in its process, but this is no longer accessable to me. I will request the status on any Widget that is sent in with its name listed and the date of submission, but that is about all I am able to do at this time.
I have made a note to look up the 1027 code for you all when I get to work tomorrow so you know what it means.

As I had promised last evening, 1027: "Widget Requires Further Testing".
If you need a more indepth explaination I can ask, but it would be on a case by case basis. You should have been sent an email if there was anything "wrong" with your Widget, I would think.

How many people work in the 'widget approval' area?
I've waited over two weeks now.
I noticed only a few (1-3) 'new' widgets get loaded.
I use my widgets daily and are an important part of my 'day'. I'm not alone on this and something as important I would think Yahoo would want as many 'new' widgets out there for people to use and enjoy (thanks to Yahoo).
Is Yahoo down-sizing the widget area?

Currently, < 1. It's a full-time job without a full-time employee. We have been (barely) holding to approvals twice-a-week but sometimes the queue gets a little shuffled and a few unlucky Widgets have been stuck in purgatory for longer than a week. I should be resolving this issue in the approval tools in the next couple of days.
